Airtel Spreads Its 4G Service to Ibadan

Airtel recently launched the 4G network at Ibadan during the week to improve its services, the management of the company in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital.

Ibadan, the Oyo state capital is the first city where the Airtel launched its 4G network in Nigeria for operational and business strategic reasons.

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Managing Director(MD) of Airtel Nigeria , Mr. Segun Ogunsanya while giving his speech  on the new service, said 4G works better and faster than the previous services, also saying  the company chose Ibadan as a  city to launch the new product because it remains city of many firsts not only in Nigeria but in Africa.

The Oyo state governor, Senator Abiola Ajimobi who was represented by the deputy governor, Chief Moses Alake-Adeyemo commended Airtel Nigeria for choosing Oyo state as the first point of launching the 4G service in the country.
